We remodeled the structure to improve machining accuracy.
Aiming at perfect accuracy of the jig which moves smoothly but does not wobble, our skilled workers fine-tuned repeatedly by manual operation.
As a result, we succeeded in enhancing the accuracy and adjusting the jig by 0.001 millimeters.
We won the President Award of a customer’s Business Improvement Award.
